Welcome to the Haus Fabian! Apartment in Obergurgl!
Haus Fabian is located in a quiet location next to cross country slopes and numerous hiking trails, surrounded by mighty mountains. The centre of Obegurgl with its gondola stations is only a few walking minutes away.
The apartment provides room for 2 to 6 people and offers a beautiful sun terrace with a splendid view of the alpine world. In our sauna, which is next to the apartment, you will forget the stress and strain of your day to day life.
Thanks to its altitude (1.930 m) and the bracing mountain air, Obergurgl is the perfect place for allergic persons, as they hardly enjoy any problems, even in the main pollen season. Especially families will feel comfortable in our apartment with its friendly atmosphere. In the winter time the ski area offers 24 ski lifts with 110 perfectly groomed slope kilometers.

APARTMENT
Our apartment “Seenplatte” is 64 m2 big and offers space for two to six people. The apartment has two separate bed rooms, a spacious living- and common room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (WC separate) and a wonderful sun terrace with an amazing view. Directly next to the apartment is the sauna which our guests can use three times per stay for free.
Equipment:
1 double room and 1 triple room (with two separate mattresses), extendible couch, cosy seating area, flat-TV, double wash basin, bathtub and shower, separate WC, cooker with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, bun oven and a toaster. Ski room with boot dryer. Free car park.
Bedlinen, towels and dishtowels are available. Non-smoker apartment. Bread-service possible. Free WiFi. Pets are permitted only by request (€ 15,00 per day).

- A 30 % deposit of the total price has to be paid after the booking has been made
- You can pay the entire amount before the start of your holidays on the bank account specified by us or pay by cash on the day before your departure. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit or cash cards.
Cancellation policies winter 2023/24
- From 60 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total price will be charged
- From 29 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total price will be charged
- From 6 days prior to arrival 90 % of the total price will be charged
- Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be reconfirmed
